Neeko's on her Fourth Tail - Rework

I've made a rework of "Neeko's on her Fourth Tail". I really love this champion and I'm slowly climbing ranked in League of Legends by just playing my favourite Tomato. I realized that the earlier artwork needed some detailing and improvements.
